Went to the dealership to get stuff installed in my car this morning and I was able to get my insurance switched. Downside is that I had to put down $400 down which also covered the month. All this car stuff is putting a dent in my bank account but things should be normal in a month or so.

Took the time to help the needy and donate to the homeless this afternoon :)

Car looks super clean and sexy in this beautiful weather. Let’s enjoy the rest of the day off!

Thankful it’s over.
Spent thirty-three hours in that tower the past two days.
Stayed extra tonight. Sang all the whole way home on my long commute.
Made dinner and still had enough energy to run three miles tonight.
My skullcandy 50-50 left ear bud went out before I hit the third mile.
Very upset for that to happen only owning the product for a month.
Two more days left.
Maintenance in the morning, but I’ll get up extra early to make a trip to Starbucks.
Cannot wait for a day off to unwind and enjoy a bottle of wine.

Keeping it healthy.
Even with my hectic work schedule, I’m making time to hit the gym every night for my daily workout. Started just running a mile, then three, then seeing how far I can get in thirty minutes.
I would love to have a gym partner to keep things interesting, but things are pretty solid running solo. Making sure to eat healthy. Fruits, veggies, protein, and plenty of water. Once in a while I’ll treat myself out for a iced chai tea latte or have a beer.
The results are rewarding and I’m making sure to maintain this lifestyle.
If they could only see me now.

Having jello shots and beer with your best friend over skype.

Don’t worry I’ll be in a plane in June and visiting for a week.

Range got pushed back to 1300 so I had to come in at 0700 for tank maintenance.

Had my personal talk with my supervisor and I’m getting another raise:)

The unit at SR-6 really liked my brown oxfords I had on. Stay fresh.

Figure out when my lease is up at the end of September, I’m going to just live by myself instead of finding a roommate. I’m very clean and I enjoy having a fitness center a minute from my place. The pool is nice but it’s almost beach season.

Time to get off of this, take a quick shower, and treat myself out in celebration.

Adulthood is a cakewalk.

I’ve been nothing but generous all day.

Treated out coworkers to lunch, took my brother and his fiance out to dinner, and treated for coffee tonight.

Lima 5 range in the morning.

Let’s keep the good vibes coming!

Ended up having a thirteen hour range instead of the scheduled seven hours.

Pros:

• Downloaded Temple Run on my iPhone before work and played an unhealthy amount of it throughout the day.
• Caught up with my writing. 
• Extra hours on the pay period.
• The officer in command let me play with the night vision and other cool gadgets.

Cons:

• No break.
• Didn’t bring any lunch.
• Terrible cell phone coverage.

The pros outweigh the cons and I was super motivated to hit the fitness center as soon as I got home. Added twenty more pounds to my chest/arms routine. Nice hot shower and catch up on my shows I had recorded on DVR. HIMYM and New Girl.

Half day tomorrow but I’m going to take the full day. Extra money is always great other than that, I love my job.

Weird thing after I got out of the shower and looked in the mirror, I saw my father in me. Grew up without him in my life and it was just a strange feeling seeing the resemblance.

Like sand in the hems of our sweatshirts slash bedsheets,

proof these bodies entwined under those green trees is on both of my scraped red knees.

These eyes seem to read between the lines.

I’ll find it hard to die without some charming wry twist at the finish line.

All is well at 1am in South Hampton.
